We make returns easy for you.
Return conditions
Items you ordered from the SpeedlinerShop can be returned within 14 calendar days after receipt of your order.
Exceptions are custom-made products and all hygiene articles, such as RAL color pigments mixed according to customer request, painting masks, activated carbon filters, etc.
Your product return must be reported to us within 14 days after the delivery date. Return shipping costs are not covered by us.
If the returned items are damaged and this damage was caused by you, you are responsible for the resulting loss in value.
Refunds
We initiate the refund as soon as your returned items have been received and inspected by us. This takes about 2 to 3 business days. The refund will be issued according to your original payment method.
Sending items back to us?
It’s very simple.
- Please pack the items well to protect them from transport damage.
- Include a copy of your invoice in the package or write a note with your name and order number.

How long does the refund take?
Maximum 2–3 business days after we receive your returned goods.
Received a defective item?
No worries, we’ll take care of it right away. Please contact us by email or phone and we’ll find an easy solution together.
Didn’t receive your invoice?
You will receive your invoice directly by email on the shipping day. If you can’t find the invoice anymore, just contact us and we’ll send it to you again.
