Overview
The Right Protective Equipment for Your SPEEDLINER Project
When working with SPEEDLINER and SPEEDLINER Pro, your safety comes first. With the proper protective equipment, you avoid skin contact, breathing exposure, and other risks. You also work more relaxed and with better focus.
Why is protective equipment so important?
The coating materials cure chemically. Without protection, vapors can be inhaled or particles can reach skin and eyes. With the right gear, you stay safe and can fully concentrate on your project.
Essential protective equipment at a glance
- Respiratory protection: Half mask with A2/P2 filter or powered respirator
- Gloves: Chemical-resistant nitrile gloves (reusable or disposable)
- Safety goggles: Enclosed safety goggles against splashes and dust
- Coverall: Paint or disposable coverall with hood to protect clothing and skin
- Hearing protection: For prolonged use of compressor or sanding tools
- Safety shoes: Non-slip sole for secure footing
Practical tips for use
- Always wear the mask before mixing and spraying.
- Replace filters regularly and check seals.
- Do not remove gloves until the project is completely finished.
- Clean or dispose of single-use items directly after use.
