Speedliner-Deutschland HZI GmbH (hereinafter: “HZI”) takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. We process your personal data exclusively in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the applicable statutory provisions, in particular the European General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter: “GDPR”).

The following Privacy Policy refers to the processing of your personal data when using our website www.speedlinershop.eu (hereinafter: “Website”).

Use of our services

When using our Website, we process such personal data that your browser transmits to our server. This includes the IP address, date and time of the request, time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), content of the request (specific page), access status or HTTP status code, the amount of data transferred, the website from which the request originates, the browser used, the operating system and its interface, as well as language and version of the browser software. Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f) GDPR. Processing of the data enables the display of our Website and also ensures its stability and security.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics with the extension “anonymizeIp” on our Websites, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (hereinafter: “Google”). This means that IP addresses are further processed by Google in truncated form within the member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. This prevents any personal identification. Where data collected about you is linked to a person, this reference is immediately excluded and the personal data is promptly deleted. The legal basis for our use of Google Analytics is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f) GDPR. On our behalf, Google will use the data obtained to evaluate your use of our Website, compile reports on Website activity, and provide us with further services related to Website and internet usage. The purpose of processing is the analysis and optimization of our Website. You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser accordingly, e.g. by disabling the automatic setting of cookies. In this case, however, some functions of this Website may not work properly. Furthermore, you can prevent the collection of data related to your use of the Website (incl. your IP address) and its processing by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en. For more information on Google’s data collection and processing, please see Google’s privacy policy at www.google.com/policies/privacy.

Social Media

We do not use so-called social media plug-ins. However, we do offer you the option at various points on our Website to visit our presence on social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, XING, and LinkedIn. When you click on the respective logo or name of a social network, you will be redirected via a link to our respective profile. No personal data is transmitted to social networks before you click on the logos or links. Personal data may only be transmitted to and processed by the social network once you click the respective logo on our Website and are redirected. This particularly applies if you are logged into your social media account at the time. Even without an account, data such as your IP address may be processed. We have no influence on the data collected, the processing operations, or the scope, purposes, and storage periods of the social networks. Likewise, we have no information on deletion of collected data by the respective network.
